I am an Engineer (VJTI, Mumbai) and MMS (JBIMS, Mumbai) with more than 27 years of rich experience in various reputed organizations such as L&T, Coca-Cola, Idea Cellular, Spencer's Retail, EyeQ Vision, and Freelance. Being an International Certified Career Coach (ICCC), I assist students of classes 9-12 and undergraduate/postgraduate levels in making rational career choices and charting their futures through a holistic, systemic, and individualized coaching process.

My methodology has a three-stage design — "ASSESS – EXPLORE – DISCOVER" — starting with an online career test and being supported by interactive guidance sessions. This allows students to discover their individual strengths, explore appropriate career options, critically analyze these options, choose relevant career objectives, and create a clear plan to reach them.

Based on a strengths-coaching philosophy rooted in positive psychology, my approach centers on capitalizing on inherent strengths and natural ability instead of attempting to correct weaknesses. By taking this strengths-based approach, students are able to realize their fullest potential, are more motivated and engaged, and are assisted in sustainable personal and professional development. Employing scientifically proven evaluations and collaborative coaching methods, I enable students to link their profession with their true strengths and values, ultimately designing a satisfying and prosperous "Happy Career & Life
